We have replacement hardware on hand and will be performing an emergency repair today. This work will involve replacing the RAID controller and rebuilding the RAID array using new drives. While we understand that performing maintenance during business hours is not ideal, we believe this action is necessary to prevent potential data loss and restore long-term stability. As a precaution, we strongly recommend ensuring you have up-to-date backups of your instances prior to this work, although we fully expect the replacement to resolve the current issues.
